A photographer and filmmaker who live near your venue and have passed our own review. We don't pull names from a directory. Every artist on our roster was checked for the quality of their work and their record before shooting for us, and we only bring on people whose work already looks like ours.

About 90 days before the wedding. We send you their names and examples of their work.

Yes. You'll meet your team on a video call two to three weeks before the day. You'll go over the timeline, the family list and anything we should know.

If you've seen someone's work you love, ask for them and we'll check their availability.

We keep a backup team on standby for every wedding. If your photographer or filmmaker has an emergency, a vetted backup from [the same area] takes their place, and our editors finish your gallery the same way. You'll hear from us right away, and the plan you made together stays the same.

Yes. That's the reason we edit everything in-house. Whoever shoots your wedding, the gallery is finished by our own studio team, in the style you chose.

Most couples book 12 to 18 months out. Saturdays from May to October go first. If your date is sooner, ask anyway.

Sign the agreement and pay 50% of your collection. The date is yours from then.

The other 50% is due one month before the wedding.

Yes. You can add hours or move up a collection until [30] days before the wedding.

Write this from your agreement. State plainly whether the deposit is refundable, what happens to it if the date moves, and how much notice you need. If you don't have a postponement policy, write one before launch.

Yes. We build it with you after you book, around your ceremony time and sunset, and go over it with your team before the day.

Yes. Send us the people, moments and traditions that matter most. The family group list matters most of all, so we're not guessing names on the day.

We plan an indoor or covered option for portraits ahead of time, and we bring what we need to keep shooting. Some of the best frames happen in the rain.

Your team can stay longer at [$000] an hour, if their schedule allows. Decide on the day; we invoice it after.

Up to 120 miles round trip is included in every collection.

Past 120 miles, travel is $0.75 a mile for each photographer or filmmaker. It's measured from where your team is based, and we give you the total before you book.

Yes, outside our usual states we quote travel and accommodation separately.

In 14 to 21 days, in a private online gallery you can download and share.

Yes. Every collection includes full printing rights for personal use.

Answer honestly. Most studios don't release unedited photos. If you offer raw film footage, say whether it's included or an add-on.
